Park West: architectural greenery for a new work space

An innovative and sustainable urban hub

The landscaping project created by HW Style for Park West is part of an articulated urban regeneration plan aimed at redefining the concept of contemporary work space. Designed by MCA – Mario Cucinella Architects – and promoted by DEA Capital Real Estate SGR SpA, Park West combines offices, meeting areas and outdoor environments in an integrated context, where greenery becomes a central element to promote well-being, connection and sustainability.

Green design that inhabits space

The greenery is not limited to outdoor spaces, but penetrates into the architecture thanks to careful planning, overseen by ARCHEPA, that transforms each area into a human-scale ecosystem. Inside the towers are planted ponds, green terraces, and – the visual protagonists of the interior spaces – two large plant walls: one 150-square-meter and one 60-square-meter, located in the main halls. These elements not only welcome and surprise, but also help improve air quality and create a natural, relaxing atmosphere.

Wellness and productivity meet in the green

With Park West, the landscape becomes an integral part of the work environment. The solutions adopted by HW Style aim to create lively and stimulating spaces capable of supporting concentration, comfort and balance between professional life and personal well-being. A project that redefines the role of greenery in real estate design, transforming it from a decorative element to a true driver of quality and innovation.
