Cultivating Wellbeing
We believe that caring for people is as important as caring for the planet.
In 2023, we delivered 5,428 hours of professional training (+135% compared to 2022), reduced workplace accidents by 60%, and reinforced our commitment to inclusion and equal opportunity through certified corporate policies.
And for the next generation of professionals, we launched the HW Gardening Academy — a dedicated training program for young talents starting their careers in the green sector

We actively support initiatives that spread a culture of sustainability and the value of nature. Our collaborations include: BAM – Biblioteca degli Alberi Milano, for educational events on urban gardening
