SeiMilano Park: a new chapter for urban greenery in milan
A regeneration project in the heart of the city
SeiMilano Park represents one of the most ambitious and significant urban regeneration interventions in recent years. Designed by landscape architect Michel Desvigne and built by HW Style, this new green lung fits into the fabric of the city as a concrete response to the growing need for sustainable, accessible and quality public spaces.

An inclusive and functional green area
The first batch of the park, opening in 2023, already offers a rich variety of spaces designed for the well-being of the entire community. These include 2,000 square meters of inclusive play areas, designed to accommodate even children with disabilities, and a large 3,000 square meter dog area. Elements that make SeiMilano a place for all generations to meet and share.

A resilient and sustainable landscape
With more than 2,300 tall trees, 4,100 shrubs, and more than 116,000 square meters of turf, the park is designed to provide an authentic nature experience while being immersed in an urban setting. The selection of botanical species meets the criteria of resistance and adaptability to the climate of Lombardy, ensuring durability and low maintenance.
Also crucial is the integration of the urban drainage system, which enables efficient stormwater management. An intervention that not only improves the usability of the park in every season, but also actively contributes to the ecological health of the entire neighborhood.
